Asbestos Testing

All building material waste older than 1990 must be tested for asbestos and will only be accepted with supporting documentation that it was tested free of asbestos. Drywall, asphalt roofing, plaster, stucco and vinyl flooring materials are some of the products that require testing, however, there are many more.  Please click on the link below to access the WorkSafeBC website for detailed information about dealing with Asbestos.  Asbestos testing is easy. Sample testing can be done at any of the environmental laboratories in Victoria at an affordable price.
